You Matter.

Today’s post is short and sweet: You matter.

It occurred to me in one of my early morning sessions today that somebody out there reading or watching my content needed to hear that.

You are enough and you matter. You have worth just because you were born. And my question is: Can you hold yourself in warm regard despite your flaws and imperfections? We are all human. We all have flaws and imperfections.

Every single morning (okay, I miss a morning or two here and there) I write in my journal, “You matter. You have worth just because you were born.”

Sometimes I write “I”. You can use both—they each work differently in the brain. So tell yourself—500 times per day— “I am enough and I matter. Despite my flaws and imperfections.
